Written for guests from the GCC and everywhere else: no fine print, no surprises, and everything confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
The four rules
Free cancellation up to 48 hours
Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. Inside 48 hours, message us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to reschedule your dates.
You pay at check-in
We confirm your booking on WhatsApp with no advance payment. You pay the full amount when you arrive, before we send your door code.
Your ID at check-in only
We copy your passport or ID when you arrive, only for the registration the building and holiday-home rules require. We never ask you to send documents in advance.
Door code — no waiting
Your stay comes with a door code, so you check yourself in at any time after 3:00 PM. Check-out is 12:00 noon; early check-in is on request when the unit is free.
Guests from the GCC
No UAE residency needed. A passport or national ID from your country is enough for check-in.
- Tell us how many people will stay, including children, and we confirm what is needed before you arrive.
- We reply on WhatsApp in Arabic and English, usually within minutes.
- Need an invoice, a company name on the booking, or a longer stay? Ask — we arrange it.
